Bliss Balls

These Bliss Balls are super quick and easy to make! 

Pop them into lunch boxes for a moreish healthy pick me up snack.

Bliss Balls

 

Ingredients:

230 grams (1 1/2 cups) seeded Medjool Dates

95 grams (1/2 cup) dried Apricots

65 grams (1/2 cup) Pecan Nuts

1/2 cup Shredded Coconut plus extra for rolling

1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder

Juice and Zest of one Orange (unwaxed)

Two tablespoons of Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

2 tablespoons Hulled Hemp Seeds

Method:

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until well blended and smooth.

Roll into balls.                                                                            Bliss Ball Jar

Roll balls in the extra shredded coconut.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
